Amie Paxton

My name is Amie Paxton and I am responsible for the Dell Channel Blog. With over eight years of interactive program management, social media is transforming my career path. I‘ve been a part of the Communities and Conversations team for nearly two years and since becoming a community manager, my days have been crazy yet exciting all the while.

In regards to the Dell Channel Blog, I am excited about this opportunity to spark conversations, offer various perspectives and work to improve Dell Channel programs based on feedback that our partners share with us here. Our goal is to encourage conversations with VARs, MSPs, ISVs and others interested in topics about our PartnerDirect program. We encourage your participation and welcome your feedback, please reach me at Amie_Paxton@Dell.com  or Twitter at www.twitter.com/APaxtonatDell with any suggestions.

Mike Bukowski

Hello all! My name is Mike and I’m the Channel Community Liaison for Dell. I’ve been with Dell for a little over 4 years where I’ve gone from front line Technical Support to Technical Executive Escalations to a Technical Trainer. I’ve been a part of the communities and conversations team for 2 years working on the Online Community Outreach team as a Dell Customer Advocate and recently was asked to serve as the Community Liaison for the Dell Channel segment.

My overall hope for the Channel Blog is to provide a smooth and transparent way for Dell to communicate what’s going on in the channel market, but more importantly to find out how our channel partners feel about it through direct and open communication. So, let’s talk…

Thanks,

Mike Bukowski
